Wittenberg Law was established in Santa Monica and commenced operation in January 2010. The firm’s foundation was built upon integrity, intrepidity, and intelligence. With a focus on investment and securities related matters, Wittenberg Law has taken the lead in providing the highest caliber of legal services to investors.

We believe that the legal profession today remains a noble profession for those who hold the law, the judiciary and, above all, their clients, in high esteem. Nevertheless, Wittenberg Law recognizes that there are many people, including attorneys, who do not share this perspective. Wittenberg Law also recognizes that special interests (such as large corporations) spread propaganda intended to defile plaintiffs’ attorneys in an attempt to disuade individuals from asserting their rights.

In a world where the minds of many have been soured by less than effective attorney representation, and saturated with misleading corporate propaganda, too many people sit on their rights believing that engaging in litigation to enforce their rights is the wrong thing to do.

Therefore, Wittenberg Law is proud to remind people that the practice of law is a learned profession that, when it is approached with respect, patience and wisdom, is a system that will deliver justice to those whose rights have been neglected, disregarded, or intentionally abused.
