Brian C. Coolidge serves as Of Counsel to Wittenberg Law. Mr. Coolidge has maintained a sophisticated litigation practice in California since 2001. After earning his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), Mr. Coolidge was recruited by two of the most respected American and International law firms. Mr. Coolidge spent his first few years as litigation counsel at Latham & Watkins LLP and thereafter at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP where he played an critical role in litigation on behalf of the firms corporate and high net worth clientele. Prior to serving as Of Counsel to Wittenberg Law, Mr. Coolidge was litigation counsel at Greenwald, Pauly, Foster & Miller, PC, a highly-regarded Santa Monica-based real estate and litigation boutique where he devoted several years to intensive litigation of all manner of civil disputes.
Mr. Coolidge is an accomplished litigator with a proven track record of achieving clients’ goals and successfully resolving their legal disputes. Mr. Coolidge has substantial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, mediation, and arbitration. He is well versed in numerous substantive areas of law including real estate, finance, employment, business practices, antitrust, bankruptcy, and civil and personal rights.
